Summer 2021

With COVID, I think that the biggest impacted onto transportation was to the crowds. Often times, during the summer, there will be cars, people, scooters, bikes - all stacked up together, hanging out and having fun. But due to COVID, people are mostly locked inside, and what used to be a "playground" full of warmth for drivers and people moving by, become a cold place full of loneliness and isolation. I wanted to express that feeling of a cold lonely summer, that can't be cured even by the sunlight.
