COVID Mobility Works

The Massive Hands Guarding the World

Artist rendering of COVID experience
,
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

There are 5 groups appearing, which are located in the four corners and in the center of this picture. Each group stands for different activities, but they all look forward to the same purpose: helping Vietnam, specifically Ho Chi Minh City, overcome the COVID-19 pandemic. On the left side, you can see many people, but I want you to focus on the traffic police, doctors, and nurses, who are wearing green, yellow, and blue suits. They have done lots of work since this pandemic appeared. I just drew some typical activities, which include checking people's temperatures and taking confirmed patients to the nearest hospital as much as possible.

On the right side, I drew 2 groups of people, medical staff and a voluntary team. What I want to show about "medical staff" in my artwork is that these are people who are divided up to go to all the streets in a district to sterilize viruses. Next, have a look at the voluntary team. For me, they are precious people. Despite knowing how serious the virus is, they choose to travel to many low-income areas to give local people food or drinks, and perhaps some money to help the poor. And for sure, all of them, all four groups, while doing those activities, have to protect their health with masks on their faces all the time.

The other group that I haven't told you about yet is the center group. They are represented as the result of all the hard work that the disease checkers have done. Students can be happy, go to school and study with their friends, meet all their teachers, and everyone can return to their daily lives as before.
